Part-time Customer Service Assistant (Saturdays)
Based at Space Saver Storage located in Dargate nr Faversham ME13 9EJ
Salary: £9 to £10 per hour
NOTE: This is for 5 hours on a Saturday only
We are a looking for a Customer Service Assistant with good communication skills and a friendly attitude to work at our self-storage facility on Saturdays from 9.30am until 2.30pm.
The role will be based in our reception area and you will usually be working with one other person.
Duties will include:
Greeting customers and booking in new clients
Handling sales enquiries, account queries and taking payments
Providing tours of the facility to potential customers
Keeping the reception area tidy and ensuring points of sale are well stocked
Other general office duties including filing and sorting mail etc
You will have experience in a similar role with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office but training will be given on our database package. Attention to detail is important as well as accurate data entry skills.
Own transport required due to location.
