1 Waterham offers an affordable meeting room for hire which is ideal for team and client meetings, interviews, training courses and small conferences. Starting from just £60 for half a day, our meeting room is available 6 days a week ( Monday to Saturday) and is suitable for 2 to 12 delegates.

To ensure your meetings are successful, the meeting room is supplied with a whiteboard, flipchart and free Wi-Fi. Guests can help themselves to water, tea, coffee and biscuits at no additional charge. The meeting room set up can be requested in advance in various style from the traditional board room, classroom, theatre or cabaret style layout.

In addition to the conference room, we offer flexible and professional co-working office space ideal for small to medium businesses and entrepreneurs in the north Kent area. Or take advantage of our self storage facility within our 4 acre grounds for fulfilment, stock and merchandise management or benefit from our on-site archive storage.
