Document Storage and Management Services

We can arrange to collect your documents from where they are currently stored, at a time of your convenience, and deposit them into your chosen archive area within our storage facilities.

We can then offer the following document management services:

  • Archive retrieval from storage:
    Standard Service (documents made available for delivery within 1 working day) or Emergency Service (documents made available for delivery within 2 hours).
  • Delivery of documents, or copies, by fax, special delivery, post or by our own dedicated Space Saver courier service.
  • Scanning of some or all of your documents to a digital format of your choice.
  • We can supply by email, disc, file transfer or web browser, allowing you to retrieve your documents directly to your own PC without leaving your seat!
  • Full cataloguing service.
  • Provision of archive boxes for document storage.
  • Planning for, and carrying out of, disposal of data when no longer required.
  • This would be by means of shredding or pulping and destruction certificates will be issued.
