These rates include heating, water, rates, electricity and parking, but exclude phone line costs.
Access times are strictly 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday. Due to our comprehensive 24 hour security arrangements, access cannot be given outside these hours.
